Cabernet Merlot – Red South Australian Wine
Established in 1849, Yalumba is the oldest family-owned winery in Australia. Founded by Samuel Smith, in the heart of the Barossa, the Hill-Smith family has continued to run the business for six generations.
Sustainability by definition never ends, so Yalumba are continually striving to reduce their impact on the environment, stay involved in their community, and ensure they’ll be making wine generation after generation.
Yalumba’s sustainability ethos includes their certified organic winemaking programme, where their focus is on making great wine with minimal intervention both on the land and in the winery.

Leafy Cabernet with a succulent Merlot mid-palate of fresh red berry compote with hints of spearmint. Best enjoyed young.
